This policy explains what personal data we receive through buildev.co, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller
BUILDEV S A S, a Colombian company, is responsible for processing the data. For any privacy matter, write to us at desarrollo@buildev.co.
Contact form
If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, company, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this data only to respond to your request; we do not sell it or use it to send you advertising.
Before you submit the form, we ask you to authorize this use by checking the corresponding box. We store that authorization together with your message.
The form runs on Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores the messages on our behalf.
The WhatsApp button only opens a conversation in WhatsApp. Anything you share there is governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools or ads, and it does not load third-party trackers.
If you pick a language with the language selector, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so the site opens in that language next time. It is never sent to any server, and you can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Buildev products that show ads use Google cookies and identifiers, as explained in "Advertising in our products".
Our products
Rentablo and Agendorio have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use those applications:

Advertising in our products
Some Buildev products that run on buildev.co subdomains, such as Rentablo, are free and supported by Google ads: Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in mobile apps. This site, buildev.co, does not show ads.
To show those ads, limit how often you see the same one and measure how they perform, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device or advertising identifiers, your IP address and data about how you interact with the ads, as described in Google's advertising policy.
The information you store in our apps (for example sales, customers or appointments) is never shared with advertisers.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a US state that requires it, we ask for your consent or give you the option to opt out before showing ads, using Google's privacy message. You can change your choice at any time from the "Ad privacy" option in each app or from the privacy link shown on the page.
You can also choose whether Google shows you personalized ads in My Ad Center.
Your rights
Under Ley 1581 de 2012 (Law 1581 of 2012, Colombia's data protection law, known as habeas data), you can access, update, correct or ask us to delete your data, and revoke your authorization. To do so, write to desarrollo@buildev.co stating your request.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here along with its update date.
